Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee, which will forfeit your $75.00 deposit. Prompt arrival for appointments is appreciated. Depending on the circumstances, your treatment time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Please note that a $75.00 cancellation fee will apply for missed appointments or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.
