We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made after 30 days.

In most cases, we use natural and bio-identical ingredients. Our clean, non-toxic formulas are holistic because they do not cause harm to the skin. Osmosis opted not to focus on organic products because we do not think they make lasting changes to the skin. Organic is really important in foods because of the properties of pesticides and additives otherwise present. In skincare, this is not an issue so there is no advantage.
