How to Use

Start conservatively to determine how stimulating your routine can be when EPIC Skin Tool is included. It is also advisable that you start with very light pressure on the skin as if it is barely touching the surface as you roll it around the face. At no time should there be pain using EPIC.


WHEN TO USE:
• Use after the application of serums once they have been applied and allowed to dry.


Starting at the top always roll in a downward motion.
Forehead - 5 to 8 passes.
Temples - 2 passes each, follow along the orbital rim so that the motion goes from the temples to the nose.
Eyelids - 2 passes each.
Nose - One roller going down the outside aspect of the nose on each side.
Cheeks - 3 passes on both sides.
Upper Lip + Chin - 3 passes.
Jawline - 2 sideways passes moving from outside to inside. This hits about 1-2 inches below the jawline.
Neck - Everything beneath that on the neck is treated with a downward motion, about 6 to 7 passes to cover the neck.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made after 30 days.

Are Osmosis products natural and organic?

In most cases, we use natural and bio-identical ingredients. Our clean, non-toxic formulas are holistic because they do not cause harm to the skin. Osmosis opted not to focus on organic products because we do not think they make lasting changes to the skin. Organic is really important in foods because of the properties of pesticides and additives otherwise present. In skincare, this is not an issue so there is no advantage. However, there is a distinct disadvantage because they only allow 5% or less of the key ingredients that make real change in the skin. By using natural formulas full of our patented and/or exclusive ingredients, we are doing much more good to the skin.
